How We Handle Shipping at Industrial Mixer Co.
All of our commercial mixers are heavy-duty, industrial-grade equipment. Because these units weigh anywhere from 150 to over 800 pounds, they cannot ship via standard UPS or FedEx Ground. Instead, they are securely crated on wooden pallets and shipped via trusted domestic LTL Freight carriers directly from our manufacturer warehouses.
Standard Commercial Delivery Requirements:
Standard freight delivery quotes assume your delivery location has a dedicated commercial loading dock or an on-site forklift to safely remove the machinery from the freight truck.
Limited Access & Residential Deliveries:
If your bakery, pizzeria, or kitchen is located in a residential area, a restricted downtown district, or a location without a loading dock, you must select the Liftgate Delivery upgrade at checkout. A liftgate is a motorized platform on the back of the delivery truck that safely lowers your crated mixer down to street level.
Receiving and Inspecting Your Machinery:
Before signing the freight driver’s delivery receipt (Bill of Lading), you must inspect the exterior of the crate for any signs of transit damage. In the extremely rare event that a crate appears damaged, please note the damage clearly on the driver's paperwork before signing, or refuse the shipment and contact our desk at sales@industrialmixerco.com immediately so we can route a replacement unit to you right away.
