The Univex Silverline SL50 is a heavy-duty, floor-model industrial spiral mixer engineered specifically for high-volume pizzerias, artisan bakeries, and large-scale commercial kitchens. Built to handle dense dough batches with ease, the SL50 features independent synchronization between the bowl and the spiral hook. This separate dual-motor drive ensures optimal power distribution, allowing the hook to perfectly develop gluten networks without overworking or overheating your dough.

Equipped with dual electronic timers, the mixer automatically shifts from low to high speed to keep your production uniform. The swing-open stainless steel bowl guard protects operators while allowing you to easily add ingredients like flour or water mid-cycle.

Because this floor model weighs over 500 lbs, it ships fully crated on a wooden pallet via standard LTL Freight directly from the Univex manufacturing facility. A commercial loading dock or forklift is required to safely offload the machine from the delivery truck.
