The Univex SRM30+ is a professional 30-quart floor-model planetary mixer built for continuous commercial production environments. Powered by a highly efficient 1-HP motor paired with Univex’s unique hybrid gear-driven variable speed transmission, this machine allows operators to change speeds dynamically on the fly without stopping the motor or ruining delicate mixtures. 

Equipped with a built-in power bowl lift, operators can raise and lower the heavy 30-quart stainless steel bowl effortlessly. The front PTO #12 hub enables you to instantly expand your kitchen's capabilities by adding external meat grinders or vegetable shredder components.
